1. Baking spray, for spraying custars cups
2. 1 stick butter
3. 2 ons bittersweet chocolate
4. 2 ons semisweet chocolate
5. 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
6. 2 whole eggs
7. 2 egg yolks
8. 1 teaspoon vanilla
9. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
10. Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Steps :
1. preheat the oven to 425 F.
2. Spray four custard cups with baking spray and place in a baking sheet.
3. Microwave the butter, bittersweet chocolate and semisweet chocolate in a large bowl on high until the
butter is melted, about 1 minute.
4. Whisk in the eggs and egg yolks, then add the vanilla.
5. Stir in the flour.
6. Divide the mixture amoung the custard cups.
7. Bake until the sides are firm and the centers are soft, about `13 minutes.
8. let stand 1 minute. Invert on individual plates while warm and serve with vanilla ice cream.
